Hand Embroidered Lavender Sachets
The Hand Embroidered Lavender Sachets was created in 1995 by Chantal-Marie Leblanc. Looking like miniature pillowcases in white cotton (15x15cm), lavender sachets are decorated in a wide variety of designs which include - Romantic Italian Renaissance angels and many Hand embroidered traditional French patterns.
The lavender sachets' designs are in color (eg flowers) or in a white embroidery making it look like lace. Others are on ecru coloured linen as in the English "Tea Dyed" Tradition. The lavender Sachets are filled with a pocket of dried lavender from Provence, to perfume and purify the linen cupboard or drawer.
